Teams and coaches move to Cafeteria, deposit coolers and lunches at designated areas, then proceed to Gymnasium
DJ, student entertainment (8:00 am - 9:00 am)

Coaches, moderators and scorekeepers meet briefly in the Library

Welcome, opening exercises and competition rule review in Gymnasium

Lunch (brown bag) in Cafeteria
Parents and spectators proceed to where lunch items will be sold, or lunch on your own. No food items will be available for purchase for competitors. Eating areas will be designated.

We kindly request your cooperation throughout the day. Noise in the hallways is disruptive to rooms with competition still in progress. Spectators are asked to please remain in the classrooms with doors closed until an announcement has been made to move to the next round. If you do not follow this rule, your team may be penalized.
Please turn off all cell phones. No pictures or videos in the rooms during the competition. Thank you!
Opportunities for pictures: After the awards ceremony winning teams will be able to have their picture taken in the gym with trophies.
